General

Overview

The two new passive skills, Vigor of the Ancients and Strength of the Ancients make the tough class even tougher. The passive MF/GG bonus of Luck of the Ancients makes this class a good starting character. Barbs are also very good at handling 2H weapons, which are much improved in R3.

Throw Barbs now have 3 additional skills, all of which can be used with a shield. Phantom Hatchets (a throwing version of Multiple Shot) and Berserk Fury (a Magic Damage Lightning Fury) have a good AoE.

The new warcry "Ancient's Call" reduces all kinds of enemy's resistance, including Magic resist, and is handy with Berserk and other magic/elemental attacks.
